We require a signed copy of our Customer Terms & Conditions as well as a copy of your resale certificate or tax ID document. An opening order of $2,500 must be placed and we require an annual minimum of $7,000. When accepted as a wholesale account, we require a $500 reorder minimum.

Due to the nature of our products, we ship blanket wrap with the carrier of your choice. If you’d like to have the product shipped in a carton, that can be arranged, though it comes with an added risk of transit damage to solid wood items. For your convenience, carrier quotes can be provided for your order as needed. If you have your own carrier or would like to have the order picked up using your own resources, please contact the Shipping Department to schedule an appointment.

You will be provided the tracking information for the carrier once your order ships.

Note any damages or shortages on the Bill of Lading, have the delivery driver sign it, and retain a copy for your records. Proceed then to file a claim with your carrier. Meva is not responsible for damages or shortages.

Yes, we offer will-call pick-up. Please note that the items will be picked up when the driver arrives at the warehouse and may have to wait.

A credit application will need to be filled out with copies of your resale certificate and references. After the application has been submitted, please allow 5-10 business days for decision. If you are a new customer, the first order must be paid by credit card or either check or cash upon delivery. Beginning with your next order, the Net 30 terms will apply.

No appointment is needed, however, we recommend setting an appointment up with the office in order to be prepared for you.

Yes, we accept container orders from Meva’s manufacturing. This allows for price savings of up to 46%, excluding ocean and inland freight.
